"How productive are we actually?" --> I've been interested in this for years. The article you linked to is the most thorough I've read on it. I had read the study that's linked about avg knowledge worker spends 2hr53m being productive, but I really like the additional data and color. I especially like that she talks about the outliers (10hr/day people). I don't disagree with her points... but I'm still curious about it.
